This BONUS video demonstrates the Massage Set of two accessories: one with prongs and the other is smooth. They work differently than the pencil or acupuncture probe. The smooth head slides across the skin much easier, and is better for that purpose than the RITM or ENART devices. If you have a RITM or ENART let me know and I’ll send you an adapter.

So, using a thick rubber band (like you find holding together a bunch of broccoli)  strap the DENAS into the port or cradle and turn on the DENAS to the high (77 Hz) speed.

If you have sore muscles, arthritis and in fact any tenderness or pain, then bring up the power to 1 or 2 bars (maybe more for neuropathies and thicker skin) so you can just feel the tingles. At the 3rd bar (for me, but varies from person to person and from location to location) push the prongs deeply onto the ropey muscles and were it is sore. Rocking the prongs from side to side and in some locations (close to a nerve) you will get a referral down the nerve to other parts of the body.

You can use it on anywhere and it is very relaxing to use it on your face. Start at the lowest power setting and increase to one bar or so until you feel it.  Gently pull it across the skin for cosmetic effects and across the scalp for migraine headaches and work the sutures around the skull.  It feels so good to comb your skull for migraines and any stress conditions. It feels so good!

With a knee or joint injury you can also use the acupuncture probe for very localized pain or muscle tear. With the multiple prongs you get a lot of activity in a grid making it quicker to do a larger area. You cannot use it too much, you will get little dimples from pushing in the skin, but for most people they will go away in minutes.
